Let’s not even start with the daily depressing posts on social media where everyone but you is living the dream. Everyone has perfect bodies, amazing homes and nutritious meals, everyone except yourself.

Well, the good news is that if you are unhappy, you’re not alone. Most, if not all us, are struggling with something, and if the masks were to fall off, you would be surprised at just how much pain some people are dealing with.

As a therapist and a woman, I can tell you for sure that no one has it all. A perfect life is a fairy tale, and only wishful thinking can get you there. What I do know is that it is okay to live a normal life. I can also guarantee you that there are many ways to turn that imperfect life into a happy and fulfilling one.

I hope that  this blog will  create a community where we can have open discussions on mental health, fitness, nutrition and  everyday challenges, and ways to overcome them.  

My goal is to turn Fashionista Therapista into a one-stop shop where women can share their feelings, offer insights, and inspire others.

Think about having a safe haven where you can talk freely without any judgment, and even laugh from time to time. I hope that we will get to truly understand the realities of life and the overrated desire for happiness and perfect balance. Let’s lead an okay life that is perfectly imperfect.

A little about me, I am a practicing mental health therapist at PsycHealth Services.  I specialize in Sports performance psychology and weight loss psychology. Mental health, fitness and healthy lifestyle is  something I am passionate about, and like talking about.
